I met Nick Falaschi and members of his crew in 2021 when he accompanied Crown ICF as their lead carpenter, layout guy and ICF training specialist for a project we were doing at Camp LeJeune. He was amazing training my crew and his attention to detail helped us create a better product for the military. Members of my crew learned the importance of extreme accurate construction. Nick would always tell my guys “good is not good enough.” And when it comes to ICF he would always say “we get one chance at this so we have to do it right!” I’m extremely grateful for Nick’s help on the Camp LeJeune project and we stay in contact as I’m still trying to use his expertise to this day.

kitchen and roofing projects for two different houses, to fixing structural

Nick has served as an installer and trainer for the Department of Defense as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the US NAVY.  Nick and his crew have served as an ICF rescue team for contractors across the country who have had their ICF project go badly by other less experienced ICF installation teams.  They have also performed countless other ICF projects.  

Nick is a veteran carpenter and framer in addition to a veteran ICF installer. This complete understanding of the entire build makes him the perfect contractor to bring your building project seamlessly from footing to trusses.
