I met Nick Falaschi and members of his crew in 2021 when he accompanied Crown ICF as their lead carpenter, layout guy and ICF training specialist for a project we were doing at Camp LeJeune. Nick Falaschi and his crew are some of the top ICF installers in the country. They are CROWN ICF’s number one go to installer for all brands of blocks.
Nick has served as an installer and trainer for the Department of Defense as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the US NAVY. Nick and his crew have served as an ICF rescue team for contractors across the country who have had their ICF project go badly by other less experienced ICF installation teams. They have also performed countless other ICF projects.
Nick is a veteran carpenter and framer in addition to a veteran ICF installer. This complete understanding of the entire build makes him the perfect contractor to bring your building project seamlessly from footing to trusses.
Expect to pay a little more up front to have your project done right by Nick and less in the long run by not having expensive repairs that were done wrong and less long term expenses on utilities from important details not being missed.
